QIs my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. The 43 Police Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. You'll receive a receipt via email immediately after donating. Our EIN is XX-XXXXXXX.
QHow do I know where my donation goes?
We publish a full annual report detailing every dollar raised and distributed. You can download it from our About page at any time. 94% of all funds go directly to programs — we publish our IRS Form 990 publicly.
QHow do officers or families request support?
NBPD officers and their families can call our 24/7 emergency line at (949) 555-0911 or email support@43foundation.org. All requests are handled confidentially and reviewed within 24 hours.
QCan I volunteer with the foundation?
Absolutely. We welcome community volunteers for events, outreach programs, administrative support, and more. Fill out the contact form above and select "Volunteer" — we'll reach out with current opportunities.
QHow can my company become a sponsor?

All media inquiries should go to our Communications Director Rachel Nguyen at press@43foundation.org. We typically respond to press requests within 24 hours and are happy to arrange interviews, provide statements, and coordinate photo access at events.
